All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with linen.
Our property has 120 hectares of land including woods, fields, vineyard, oliveto, two lakes and is bordered by the renowned Cecina river, everything will be at your disposal.
The house surrounded by colorful flowers and old trees is flanked by the splendid 16m swimming pool×7, equipped with comfortable deck chairs, canopy sofa and a comfortable hammock in the shade of pine trees.
A few meters away is a leisure area where you can have fun with various games such as table tennis, darts, archery, volleyball and badminton or do 2 you play soccer without having to give up taking a bath between one set and another.
Outside the building you can take advantage of an old brick-oven pizza oven, a large barbecue and a comfortable table sheltered by umbrellas where you can have your meals.
Complete the frame of the house, a pond with an aerial picnic where you can relax in the shade or where you can fish in absolute peace, on the opposite side there is a natural source of drinking spring water, both reachable with a walk of just two minutes.
